How do I connect my Airpods to my computer?

When using your airpods with your computer: Make sure your AirPods are in the case and are charged. It will not work unless this is done. Make sure you are connected to your computer by going to the start menu and go to settings then devices/bluetooth and make sure the bluetooth is turned on on the computer.

Then make sure you add the "bluetooth" device, your airpods. You open airpod case, sometimes it connects right away or you may have to Press and hold the small button on the back of the case for several seconds, until the status light on the front of the case starts blinking white.
The AirPods should appear in the list of devices available for pairing (they might first appear as "Headphones," and then change to "AirPods" after a few moments). Click "AirPods
WHEN I TRY TO MAKE A CALL, NO ONE CAN HEAR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Did you check on the bluetooth settings to make sure that the airpods are set to call audio or set to the left or right airpod if you have an iPhone. Alternate between the left and right to see if either one has an issue.
Turning off the the automatic ear detection for iPhone if you have one. This helps with the microphone.
Make sure low power mode isn't selected on your device for the battery. This can cause issues with the microphone.
Check the actual volume setting on your phone as well. The volume should be on normal when using the airpods.
And reset the airpods after you try these steps.
WHY WON'T MY C-10 HEADPHONES CONNECT?
There can be a few reasons why but let's start with the basic:
Our headphones have multiple bluetooth devices connectivity, try unpair then reconnect.
Reset the wifi.
Try turning them off and on, simple but sometimes works.
Turn off any interfering devices. Your headphones could be trying to connect with another device instead of what you are trying to connect to.
Make sure your headphones have enough battery power. Check what you plugging the device into. Faulty wire or lose connection will not allow your headphones to charge properly.
Move away from the Wi-Fi router. It could be that your Wi-Fi router is using the same spectrum as the headphones, and thus causing some interference.
Check the bluetooth setting on your computer. Remove the paired device (your headphones) then pair it again.
If you've done all of the above and your C-10's still do not work, please contact us at info@raytecaudio.com for further assistance.

WHY IS ONLY ONE OR NEITHER OF MY AIRPODS ARE CHARGING?
Over time and frequent use, your airpods can build up a little bit of dirt and/or earwax so you should clean them frequently. Use a soft cloth to clean the airpods and use a Q-tip to clean inside the of the charging case. Be gentle, you don't want to do any damage to it. Clean the metal band at the bottom of the pods. Reset the airpods and see if that works.
THE SOUND IS LOW IN ONE OF THE EARBUDS, HOW DO I FIX THIS?
To start, clean the airpods: clean with q-tip or soft cloth, you can even "suck" on the  airpod itself to get the wax out of it. Nasty but it works and is usually the problem, build up of wax.

Did you check the volume setting on your phone? Make sure that is up to as loud as it can go. It may be under "hearing" on your device.

If you have audio/visual in your settings, to check and adjust the audio volume balance slider between the left and right channels of your AirPods. Keep it aligned in the middle to have an equal volume of sound.

Reset your settings on your device. Sometimes a complete restart will help.
